I think the name fits with the old school mining theme that is prevalent throughout the remainder of the hill (sluice box, dynamite, blast, powder keg etc.) because you know that those old miners in the region would have enjoyed the mountain lifestyle and on occasion celebrated with their homemade moonshine.
