Whitewater Ski Resort and the Whitewater Ski Team are putting the first ride up the Glory Ridge Chair for raffle! The winner will get bring 2 friends on the opening day of the chair. After the ribbon cutting ceremony and media frenzy you and your 2 powder hound friends will be the lucky ones to be the first up Glory Ridge Chair.
The raffle costs only $5 per ticket and tickets are available until December 12th at the Whitewater office, Reo's, Village Ski Hut, Sacred Ride, Valhalla Pure and Oso Negro (Oso from Dec 4-12 only)
Not only will this be the best contest to win this winter, but the purchase of your ticket will support the Whitewater Ski Team, the Avalanche Awareness Beyond the Boundaries, and the Nelson Food Cupboard. So you can feel good about helping the community and feel even better when you sit on that first chair as everyone else looks on with envy!

is & curious if there will be any parking down there? Thanks for the new website & the camera when it works. Will see you for sure this season, even though I live in Whistler!
The maps are coming very soon and we will get them up for everyone asap! As for new photos we should have some more recent ones coming soon as well. We will have a small parking lot at the bottom of the new chair for loading only. Also the Glory Ridge area is shown in our new "Whitewater Winter Stoke" video located under the \'video\' tab on the Glory Ridge banner on our website main page so you can see exactly where this exciting new chair is located and get stoked for the season and your visit to Whitewater :)
