The Whitewater team spent the day working hard preparing for the sneak-a-peek weekend. Darren Davidson spent the day on the mountain and below are some words and photos he sent our way:
The countdown is on. Staff at Whitewater were going full steam today in preparation for this weekend's Sneak-a-Peek opening. With a base of 107 cms/42.1 inches, and lots more precipitation in the long range forecast, it could be a December to remember. Seen here, patrollers Asa MacLaurin, Wren McLeroy, Andrew Voight and Peter Grumme check out the mountain's new Ava-laucher, and take a few knee-deep turns while they are at it. 
In the kitchen, Erin Prospero stirs into a mean bowl of peanut butter and chocolate chips. 
The lodge's new retail space is awaiting its first visitors.
Looks like it will be a great day up at Whitewater tomorrow!
