In close partnership with TRIBUTE BOARD SHOP, the Whitewater Freeride Team launches ‘SEND IT’ – our most comprehensive Snowboard Program to date!

The 8 week program for youth aged 12-17 is geared towards progression based riding , covering everything from Park to Pow & Jibs to Jumps. We’ll even give you a valuable insight into today’s snowboard industry, teaching the fundamentals of going pro as well as giving you a portfolio of professional photos and video.

One lucky participant will also be invited to join the Tribute Board Team!

You’ll receive professional coaching from former Olympian and current Canadian Olympic Coach Mark Fawcett, as well as from qualified professionals for Park and other riding components. They will impart their collective knowledge of not only technical riding skills, but working with filmers and photographers, mountain safety and awareness, and approaching competitions with the goal of succeeding.  You’ll also have the opportunity to ride with current professional athletes, photographers, and filmers.
They will all help you understand what it takes to be a professional snowboarder in todays world

During the 8 weeks, you’ll be exposed to the world of freeriding. You’ll understand what it takes to make it to the top, and you’ll understand what it takes to push your own limits in a safe, comfortable, and exciting environment.

•    JAN 29 – Week 1 - Program Introduction. Stance/Balance, CASI based learning.
•    FEB 5 – Week 2 – Freeride coaching by Mark Fawcett
•    FEB 12 – Week 3 – Park
•    FEB 19 – Week 4 - Freeride coaching by Mark Fawcett
•    FEB 26 – Week 5 - Park
•    MAR 5– Week 6 – ½ day classroom (selling yourself/marketing) ½ day filming
•    MAR 12 – Week 7 – Freestyle session (photo/film day)
•    MAR 19 – Week 8 – Comp preparation, photo day, program conclusion.
•    MAR.26– Week 9 – Optional competition – TRIBUTE RAIL JAM
