Daylight Savings = More Time for Skiing!

Can you believe that it is that time of year already?! Daylight savings happens this Sunday, March 13 meaning all Canadians (well, other than those crazy prairie folk) will be pushing our clocks ahead an hour.

DO NOT FRET, although that means the inevitable summer approaches, Whitewater will be extending its hours as of this Sunday to the following:

9:00am - 4:00pm for Silver King and Summit
9:15am - 3:15pm for the Glory Ridge chair

Not only does this mean more time to grab your Oso before you hit the slopes, it also makes for a whole 15 minutes of extra lapping time....

"Been skiing here for a few years now and it never disappoints. Fresh powder, piles of steep tree runs and little to no lift lines. There is also some awesome back country accessible terrain all around. One of the best places to ski in the world for sure."
