This morning I arose and turned my calendar to the month of September. It is hard to believe that this is the month that fall officially begins in. Did summer not just get here?! "I am not sure I am ready for this", I think to myself.
Then I step outside. Crisp cold (not cool) air hits my skin. What's this? My truck is covered in a layer of frost! The first sign that winter is on its way. I look up to the mountains. Flashes of last seasons epicness overcomes me. Who am I kidding, OF COURSE I am ready for this!
Then I came across this little gem of an article: Snow Forecast for the Winter of 2011-2012

That's right. La Nina is coming BACK and Whitewater just makes "heavy snowfall" cut. But lets be realistic. Even if we were near normal it would be mind blowing.
SO ULLR, I call you out for a season as great as last. To provide us with snow fall after snow fall. With face shot after face shot. Bring back sweet La Nina and all her glory.
And for those of you that have not yet bought your season pass, the deadline is the end of this month (Sept 30 to be exact) so why wait and pay more for round two of the best season ever?!

Question: How about an update on all the Summer Grooming? Especially the bottom of the Glory Runs. Have the bush been groomed so there is reasonable access to the chair at the bottom or is bush whacking still the norm?

We like the looks of that map and that long wiggle blue area in just the right spot. We too have heard good things about the coming season and that it may be a repeat to last years epic. Hi Rebeckah ... tanatalize us .. tells us you gladed and pruned more of the trees off million dollar meadows and the Giddy-up Gully. Tell us you cleaned out the trees and down fall to the looker's left of the Glory - from tower 9 and below. Talk to us about what you groomed. Get us desparately anxious for the first few snowflakes of the year so we buy our passes now. Talk to us.
