Who Gives a Tweet?

2013-02-19 by Lisa Voigt ......................................................................................
We want to hear about your Kootenay Coldsmoke adventures before, during and after the event…. Tweet about it!

We want you to Tweet about your favorite parts of Coldsmoke, using the hashtag #Coldsmoke2013 and our Twitter name @WH2O (that's the letter "O" not a zero) somewhere in your Tweet. Each time you Tweet with this hashtag, your name will be entered into a draw to win some schwag that will be mailed to you after the event is done. You MUST include both the hashtag and @WH2O for your Tweet to count as an entry.

This hashtag competition starts NOW and runs until Tuesday, February 26th at midnight. Don't limit yourself to mere words, pictures are welcome! Photos are worth 2 entries!

Lying awake at 2 am due to extreme excitement about your meticulously planned costume for the Poker Run? Tweet about it! Instagramming the classic couples photo at the Coldsmoke Opener? Tweet about it! Reminiscing about a weekend of mountain shenanigans while traveling home? Tweet about it!

One of the charming characteristics of Whitewater Ski Resort that many embrace and LOVE is the absence of cell service and wifi at the resort itself. Don't let this affect your chances of winning, save your Tweets for town when you're connected again to the Twitterverse.

One….Two…TWEET!

"Much of Whitewater’s tree skiing is fairly steep but the more consistent intermediate pitch of the trees skier’s left of the Glory Ridge chair are a great training area for those with less experience in the trees. Whitewater’s usually best-in-interior-BC lift-served snow conditions and low skier density are also major virtues."
