Whitewater introduced the Fresh Tracks Café Express food truck in 2012. This hot little addition to the Whitewater culinary family is nourishing skiers, riders and Fresh Tracks fans year round.

During the winter months, the Fresh Tracks Café Express serves up wholesome, delicious 'Pow Chow' to hungry skiers and riders at the base of the Glory Ridge chair. The building that the food truck calls home has expanded. Washrooms and an indoor heated eating area are now available to our backside skiers. And the building is not the only thing that received upgrades! Whether you are looking for hot breakfast on the chair or a delicious sit down lunch, the Fresh Tracks Cafe Express will provide. Now there is no reason to ever leave Glory. Make sure to check out the daily specials and soups, which are totally different than those that will be provided at the main daylodge. Another juicy fact about the Fresh Tracks Cafe Express - they hand cut their fries and hand make their burger patties! Now that is called a mountain of flavours!

During the summer months the truck is wandering the streets of Nelson and other nearby communities, as well as helps celebrate at the abundance of festivals that happen in the Kootenay area.
