The Fresh Tracks Café Express is now CLOSED FOR THE SEASON.
Thank you to every one for their patronage this winter. We are working to get the truck moved back to the streets of Nelson for the summer for the tentative opening date Monday, May 5. Stay tuned for details on where you can find us and information on our new and improved summer menu!

Whitewater introduced the Fresh Tracks Café Express food truck just recently in 2012. This hot little addition to the Whitewater culinary family is nourishing skiers, riders and Fresh Tracks fans year round.

During the summer months the truck wandering the streets of Nelson and other nearby communities, as well as helps celebrate at the abundance of festivals that happen in the Kootenay area. Make sure to follow us on FACEBOOK or TWITTER for the most up to date information on where you can find us for your roaming taste of Whitewater.

During the winter months, the Fresh Tracks Café Express serves up wholesome, delicious 'Pow Chow' to hungry skiers and riders at the base of the Glory Ridge chair. This year the building that the food truck calls home has expanded. NEW washrooms and an indoor heated eating area are now available to our backside skiers. And the building is not the only thing that received upgrades! Whether you are looking for hot breakfast on the chair or a delicious sit down lunch, the Fresh Tracks Cafe Express will provide. With mouth-watering new menu items such as the Backside Butter Chicken Bowl, and the same handmade burgers with hand cut french fries that our summer guests enjoy, there now is no reason to ever leave Glory. And, YES, we will still be serving fresh baked goods and locally roasted Oso Negro coffee. Make sure to check out the daily specials and soups, which are different than those that will be provided at the main daylodge. Now that is called a mountain of flavours!
