Whitewater Backcountry Touring
Skiers can access incredible backcountry terrain from Whitewater, however, we encourage them to check with our Snow Safety Patrol for an update on the avalanche hazard. We recommend that skiers be equipped with backcountry knowledge, rescue equipment and avalanche awareness as these areas are not patrolled.

........................................................................."“Whitewater is amazing—that’s the simple truth. It has all types of terrain and a recently added chair that opened up even more of the goods. Add a solid local crew that’s not going to vibe you out and the light, fully interior powder and you’ve got a clear favourite in my opinion.” " John Scarth, Photo Editor, Snowboard Canada, SBC Resort Guide
