The full-service historic Hume Hotel is the ultimate ski vacation hotel.  We offer a full, hot complimentary breakfast to all of our overnight guests and we are NOT talking about a stale muffin and bad coffee. All breakfasts are made to order for everyone including a hot locally roasted coffee and is one of the many reasons why you would want to stay here.

Besides reasonable rates, we also offer a family restaurant, an intimate fireside lounge, an entertainment showroom and a bustling pub where you can see all the latest and greatest ski/snowboard movies while enjoying a cold pint of organic Nelson Brewing Company Ales.

Our fourth floor Deluxe Guestrooms have been renovated in time for the 2013 ski season and have been tastefully rebuilt to include all the modern amenities while maintaining that heritage charm. Our other Heritage Rooms are all decorated in a manner befitting our theme and are also well-appointed.  We offer free wireless, a guest computer, free parking and are always highly ranked on Tripadvisor and other travel sites.

Deluxe 4th Floor Room - Our Deluxe 4th Floor Rooms opened up in time for the Summer 2012 season. They all feature digital thermostat control, granite counter tops, flat screen TV's, fridges, irons and ironing boards. They feature brand new beds, linens, furniture and bathrooms including a superior amenity package.
 
 
Rapunzel Room - Just renovated in July 2012! This fourth floor corner room is one of our most valued rooms offering digital thermostat control and all-new beds, linens and furniture and a very spacious floor plan. It features hardwood floors, vaulted ceiling, 2 large flatscreen TVs and rapunzel windows that open up to a spectacular panoramic view of the city, lake and mountains – consists of 2 queen beds, a pull-out sofa, iron & ironing board and small fridge. You can also expect superior amenities in its brand new bathroom.


Horace D. Hume Suite - The brand new Horace D. Hume Suite opened in August 2012. A charming one bedroom suite complete with one king bed in a separate bedroom, one pull-out sofa, living room, kitchen with full-sized fridge, hardwood floors, electric fireplace, iron & ironing board, desk, chair, private bath, phone and 2 large flat screen TVs. It now offers air conditioning and digital heat control.


Corner Room w/ 2 beds - More spacious rooms with two beds, pull-out sofa, small fridge, irons & ironing boards, desk, chair, private bath, phone and cable t.v. - hair dryers available by request.


Heritage Rooms - Our Heritage Rooms are decorated in a manner befitting our theme but have not yet been renovated recently. They include queen beds with a small fridge, iron & ironing board, desk, chair, private bath, phone and cable t.v. - hair dryers available by request.

For every stay, each room will receive a $10 gift card that can be used for your apres-ski in our busy pub – Mike’s Place.  You can use it toward a cold pint of Nelson Brewing Company beer, a plate of hot nachos or whatever you are in the mood for.  Our other facilities include Mike's Place Pub, the Library Lounge, the General Store Restaurant, the Spiritbar Showroom, Bodhi Day Spa and our Liquor Boutique.
