......................................................................................In the spirit of "never too old to learn" we have designed specialty programs tailored to those young at heart. Whether you are new to the area and looking to meet new ski buddies or are a long time local looking to broaden your horizons these programs are designed to maximize your time on on the slopes and do it in style.
The Powder Room and Board Room programs are multi week lesson programs that our pros have created to build your confidence, learn new skills (or break old habits) and then break it all down over a gourmet lunch.
The Powderhound Experience will satiate even the hungriest of powder hounds. Whether you are looking to start cat/heli skiing or step up your game on those big powder days this program has been created to enhance your powder skiing experience.
The Powder Room (Ladies Day)
A morning out with great friends enjoying winter to its fullest. Whether you’re brand new to skiing or snowboarding or a life-time skier/snowboarder our fantastic ski/board pro’s will be on hand to provide you with new skills, help boost your confidence, challenge you to hew heights, or just help skip the lift lines on an epic powder filled morning. Top it off with a gourmet lunch prepared by someone else, a glass of one BC’s best wines, and you’ve got you’re new favorite day of the week.
Ski/SB level: 1-6
Ages: 19+, Women only
Mondays for 10 weeks. Program broken into 2x 5 week sessions.

The Board Room (Mens Day)
A chance to hang out with the guys rippin’ up the slopes. Whether you’re looking to ski the glades, search out the pow, or learn strength and efficiency on the groomers our pro’s joining you will make sure you get the most out of your morning. Add a frosty pint of Nelson’s finest and a hearty man-sized meal to top it off and you’ve got every reason to start the weekend a little early.

Ages: 19+, Men only
Fridays, once per month. Dates: December 21, January 4, February 1, March 1, and April 5.
Time: 9:00am- 11:30pm, 2.5 hours

The Powderhound Experience
Our pros will take you off the groomers and into typical cat and heli style terrain which we have an abundance of at Whitewater. We’ll give you the in’s and out’s of floating smoothly and effortlessly through trees, wide open powder fields, and everything in between.
Ski/SB level: 4-6
Ages: 16+
Offered daily - book in advance to reserve an instructor and avoid disappointment!
Duration: 6 hours, beginning at 9am
Price: $78 per person, minimum 2 people, max 8 people.

To book your lesson please email snowschool@skiwhitewater.com or call us in the downtown office at 250-354-4944 and we can assist you with your booking. Lift tickets, unless otherwise stated, are not included with the cost of the lesson.
