Teaching skiing or snowboarding is a great way to make new friends, give back to a sport that has probably given you lots, and make a few bucks on the side. Whitewater offers both the CSIA (Ski Instructor) Level 1 and Level 2 and CASI (Snowboard Instructor) Level 1 and Level 2. Courses are taught by our highest certified and most experienced ski pro’s.
New this season we are working with NothinButSnow which offers 11 week ski instructor and 11 week snowboard instructor courses at Whitewater which include ski and snowboard training as well as receiving your CSIA or CASI certification.

NOTHIN'BUTSNOW
An intense 11 week training program where course participants will spend 4-5 days per week taking lessons and training to become certified Level 2 ski or snowboard instructors. Candidates will have access to Whitewaters top level instructors who are specially trained to teach people how to teach. Along with the main goals of completing both CSIA or CASI Levels 1 and 2, course participants will also have Avalanche Skills Training (AST) 1 training, ski touring days, cat or heli skiing days and a complete immersion into Nelson ski culture.
