Dress in layers.  The first layer should be a moisture-wicking material.  The second layer should be a warmth layer, preferably fleece or wool.  The 3rd and final layer outer layer should be a water and wind repellent material. Whitewater Ski Resort does have a small selection of adult-sized outerwear available, but you are better off to bring your own.

Only wear 1 pair of socks - preferably thin wool socks.  Do not wear multiple layers of socks as it will be very uncomfortable

Wear eye protection.  Goggles are best, especially on stormy mid-winter days.  Sun glasses will do, but are best kept for sunny days.  Eyewear is not available for rent, but is available for purchase in the retail shop

Wear a toque or helmet to keep your head warm.  We strongly recommend helmets – which can be rented or purchased on the mountain.

Wear water repellent mitts or gloves.  Wool gloves/mitts will get wet quickly and are not suitable.  Waterproof gloves/mitts are not available for rent but are  available for purchase in the retail shop
